Return & Exchange Policy

azfa.lk will give its customers the opportunity to refund or return/exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition.

We will deliver online orders within 3 – 5 working days from the date of transaction, customers will receive a dispatch notification to their registered mobile number upon dispatch of order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted items.

If an item has any defect or damage, a free replacement will be sent to you. However, if the item is not in stock, you have the option of selecting a new item of the same value or opting for a refund.

RETURNS

Before sending any returns, you need to contact us via the hotline +94783833007 and should take a return code.
Returns are accepted within 9 days from the order receipt date.
Company can only accept returns for purchases made on our website.
Company will not accept return items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Any applicable courier charges to be incurred by the customer.
